What this site is for
You may use this site to learn about our services, run calculators, contact us, or start a pre-qualification. Calculators are estimates only. A home loan is always subject to lender assessment and our usual process.
Broker CRM access at /app is for authorised staff only and is separate from this public site.
Your use
Give accurate information. Do not misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, or try to break security. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Content
Site copy, branding, and tools belong to MortgageBond or our licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service without permission.
Liability
We provide the public site “as is”. We are not liable for calculator outcomes, third-party sites we link to, or downtime beyond what South African law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and law
We may update these terms on this page. South African law applies. If a court strikes out one clause, the rest still apply.
